However, there were a couple of aspects that we found annoying. Firstly, the site logs out very quickly when compared to what we’ve experienced at most betting sites.

It makes sense to have a safety feature to ensure no one can gain access to your details, but it gets frustrating when you need to log in to the site for the fifth time in thirty minutes.

Secondly, we’re used to having a live chat button on the homepage where you can gain instant access to live customer support. In Betway’s case, the support button directs you to the Guide page with a list of FAQs, as we explain in more detail in our Customer Support section.

We loved that Betway does not need any email or phone verification at this stage because it really speeds up the process. Setting up deposit limits at registration is also quicker.

The one section where Betway underperforms is the availability of betting markets for smaller leagues.
